"I started playing basketball, when I was 10 years old.....and I was pretty bad.....but I enjoyed and loved the game so much, that I told myself, I will get better.....and I did! Every year after that I continued to develop and improve. Years later, people would come up to me and ask, 'How did you get to be such a good player?' I told them it took a lot of practice and hard work and the desire and passion to 'want' to be the best that I could. I tell the same thing to the young boys and girls that I work with today. All these years later.....the formula has not changed!"
