Conditioning

Basketball is a back and forth transition game.  Constant sprinting and change of direction are required.  Therefore the lungs and the legs carry much of the workload, especially if you’re playing a lot of minutes.  A variety of distance, sprint, interval running, jumping routines and a host of other drills are available to teach client how to properly run and accelerate.  This will greatly assist client in developing a solid foundation of being in “basketball shape.”
